Put on your party pants and get ready for pizza! We welcome back, for our second year in a row, Food Network's "Grill Mayor" Craig Jones to share with us all the tips and tricks for making irresistible and adventurous pizzas at home. 

In this interactive and delicious class, each attendee will get to try three different pizzas, perfectly paired with three delicous TerraVox wines. Craig will demonstrate key assembly and cooking techniques that will give your pizza at home that professional pizzeria touch. We'll also delve into what wines to pair with different pizza ingredients, and we'll give you some advice on how you can create your very own topping combinations.

Featured pizzas for this event:

• Salami - Starts with a base of what Craig calls the Grill Mayor Red Sauce, then topped with mozzarella and huge slices of salami. Garnished with pickled red onions or pickled peppers, Parmesan, and fresh basil.
• Veggie - Featuring a Parmesan sauce and topped with a selection of seasonal vegetables.
• BBQ Chicken & Bacon - Hand stretched pizza with a thin layer of BBQ sauce. Top that with smoked chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, pickled onion and scallions. After the pizza is cooked, it gets topped with more scallions. Craig's new favorite!
